- Design and develop scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including custom objects, triggers, workflows, Apex classes, Lightning components (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement functionality within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for security, coding, and data integrity.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies, and presenting these for architectural review.
