The Cloud Systems Engineer supports AWS and Microsoft Azure environments, managing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform-based IaC solutions. The role includes maintaining Windows Server systems, virtualization platforms, and directory services, while ensuring system performance and reliability. The engineer also leverages monitoring tools to troubleshoot issues, supports enterprise-scale operations, and maintains clear documentation and communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, manage, and support cloud infrastructure across AWS (EC2) and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub for efficient deployments.
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Manage Active Directory services, FTP servers, and Windows File Shares.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize virtualization platforms including Nutanix and VMware.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions using tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, and ELK Stack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure systems adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
