Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, manage, and support cloud infrastructure across AWS (EC2) and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub for efficient deployments.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
• Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Manage Active Directory services, FTP servers, and Windows File Shares.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize virtualization platforms including Nutanix and VMware.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, and ELK Stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure systems adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
