We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain Oracle databases on Windows and Microsoft SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will work alongside senior team members to ensure database performance, availability, security, and reliability while supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases on Windows and Microsoft SQL Server Always On Failover Clusters.
• Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and perform performance tuning.
• Implement and manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Perform database upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
• Ensure database security and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Collaborate with development and application teams to support deployments and ongoing operations.
• Maintain documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide support for database-related incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Conduct capacity planning and continuously monitor system performance.
