We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile practices across our software development teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This role is critical to ensure timely delivery of high quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
• Promote transparency and visibility across teams and stakeholders.
• Support the team in achieving commitments and delivering value.
