  • Optimize customer experience by ensuring timely resolutions and proactive support for the Metro by T-Mobile dealer channel.
  • Review and authorize applicable credits.
  • Address and resolve Metro Dealer inquiries and internal T-Mobile business partner emails (excluding consumer inquiries).
  • Receive, enter, and validate customer orders, reserve inventory, and determine delivery dates.
  • Generate, analyze, and monitor open order reports to ensure system integrity, SLA compliance, EDI, and IDOCs.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning teams to ensure on-time delivery, and resolve issues related to backorders, picking, shipping, and capacity.
  • Collaborate with Allocation Planning to clear backorders, execute planning cycles, build loads, release orders to the distribution center, and lead the daily open order review process with key channel managers.
  • Resolve return exceptions, coordinate deduction adjustments with Finance, Channel Managers, and customers, and authorize replacements or credits.
  • Identify and address root-cause process failures, and implement process improvements.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5 – 7 years of supply chain experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain systems and structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to connect work within the functional area to upstream and downstream processes in the supply chain.
  • Practical knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or fulfillment systems is preferred.
